Cy paints mostly outside in Victor Steinbruech Park located in downtown Seattle. He uses a bike tailor that converts to a cabinet easel/ display stand. During the sunnier half of the year you can find him on the corner of Western and Virginia, Monday threw Friday, 9:20AM threw 5:30PM. During the rainier half of the year he reduces his hours to three days a week, 11AM threw 3PM varying days Monday threw Friday.
